We deliver across Canada, including major cities, towns, and rural areas. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.

• Standard Shipping (2-7 business days): Flat rate shipping fees apply.
• Free Shipping: On orders over $75 (before taxes).
• Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost depending on your location.

Delivery Time

• Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout.
• We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery, including Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx.

Tracking Your Order

Missed Delivery

If no one is available to accept the delivery, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions on how to collect your package or arrange re-delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at
sales@littleparkers.ca within 7 days of receiving your order with details, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
